– 8.15 a.m.: Welcome by your guide at Brussels Zaventem airport for the 9.30 a.m. Brussels-Lyon flight with Brussels Airlines. If you take another means of transport, please let us know and give the arrival times in Lyon.
– 10:50 a.m.: Arrival at Lyon St-Exupéry
– 11:30 a.m.: Rhône-Express train to Lyon Part-Dieu
– 12:00 p.m.: 3* Hotel Ibis Center Part-Dieu : we drop off our luggage there. Free lunch.
-2:30 p.m.: Visit of the Museum of Fine Arts or free.
-4:00 p.m.: Guided tour of the peninsula. Return to hotel.
-6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.: Practical workshop on the impact of our memories on our daily life and the history of Lyonand the impact of her roots as “canuts” (silk weavers), workshop led by our well-being professional: Aude Roulet.
– Dinner and free evening. Night at the hotel.

– 10:00 a.m.: Departure by Metro for Croix-Rousse: guided tour of the Maison des canuts . Free lunch
-2:00 p.m.: Meet for the Visit of Old Lyon and we take the ” string” to reach the top of the hill and visit the Basilica of Fourvière and the Gallo-Roman theater.
