LIMA – PARACAS
Breakfast at the hotel. Meeting with your local French-speaking guide, and departure for the visit of Lima: visit of Miraflores, the modern district located at the edge of the Pacific Ocean, visit of the cathedral, the town hall and the presidential palace. Next, visit the San Francisco Church, one of the oldest in the city, and its catacombs, then join Barranco, the “bohemian” district of Lima. Lunch in a neighborhood restaurant. We then continue by car or minibus towards Par acas. Installation and dinner and night at the San Agustin Paracas hotel

PARACAS-NAZCA
After breakfast, visit the Palomino Islands which are home to a population of several thousand sea lions and a large number of seabirds (pelicans, boobies, terns, Humboldt penguins, etc. ). You can swim among the sea lions (with a wetsuit because the water of the Pacific is cool in Peru), an unforgettable experience. Transport to the oasis of Huacachina , from where we leave for a buggy ride through the desert . Thrills guaranteed. Shortly before arriving in Nazca , stop at a watchtower, from where two geometric figures of the Nazca culture can be seen. Visit of the aqueducts of Cantalloc,ingenious underground irrigation system of the ancient Nazca. Dinner and Night at the Casa AndinaClassic Nazca hotel.

NAZCA – AREQUIPA (565 km.)
After breakfast, departure to Arequipa . Immense and virgin beaches , rocky coast and vertiginous cliffs follow one another, inhabited only by a few fishermen. Lunch in Camana. The road leaves the coast to climb up to Arequipa, 2300 meters above sea level. Arrival at the end of the day and night at the Casa Andina Standard hotel, in the historic center.

AREQUIPA
After breakfast, for those who wish, 2-hour rafting activity on the Rio Chili upstream from Arequipa . The eventful passages (level 3 to 4) will add some emotions to the ride. Typical lunch. In the afternoon, you experience an excellent way to discover the rural life of this valley, far from the traditional tourist circuits: activities of your choice: 1) go to the natural pools of Chancharay, 2) take a walk in the valley on foot, by mountain bike or on horseback . Dinner and night at the hotel.

AREQUIPE – COLCA CANYON (484km.)
After breakfast, visit the picturesque district of Yanahuara, the Carmen Alto belvedere and its magnificent view of the Arequipa valley and the surrounding volcanoes. Then, visit the colonial center, the central market, the cloisters of the Company and the Santa Catalina monastery, one of the most beautiful colonial monasteries in South America. Lunch. In the afternoon, departure by private vehicle for the Colca Canyon . We climb to the altiplano , over 4000 meters above sea level and pass through the Aguada Blanca reserve, where we can observe the local fauna: vicuñas, llamas, alpacas, viscachas… After crossing a pass at 4900 meters, we descend into the Colca valley at 3500 m. COLCA CANYON
Very early breakfast (6:30 am). Route by vehicle through the Colca Valley, to the Cruz del Cóndor viewpoint, from where you can enjoy an incredible view of the canyon, the river more than 1000 meters below. Condor watching. Lunch. In the afternoon, easy hike (2h00) , in the cultivated part of the valley, valley where you can bathe in the thermal pools, where the water comes out at more than 40º C (optional, entrance not included). Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

COLCA CANYON – PUNO (346 km.)
In the morning, after breakfast, we leave the Colca to cross the altiplano towards Puno. The Altiplano landscapes are among the most impressive in Peru. On the way, visit the lagoon of Lagunillas. Lunch. Arrival in Puno in the afternoon. Check-in at the Royal Inn hotel . Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

PUNO – LAKE TITICACA (homestay)
After breakfast, transfer from the hotel to the port and departure by boat on Lake Titicaca . After a visit to the Uros floating islands . On the Capachica peninsula , you are invited to stay with a local family , with whom you have the chance to fish and eat fresh fish . The population still lives according to ancestral community customs and laws typical of Andean Peru. Stroll in the heart of a grandiose landscape that will leave you with unforgettable memories. You flourish in a rich natural setting: it is between Heaven and Earth that stands the majestic city of Machu Picchu.It is one of the last places untouched by mass tourism . You have the opportunity to relax on the calm shores of the lake, away from the tourist crowds .

LAKE TITICACA – PUNO
After breakfast at the locals, boat trip to the island of Taquile . Hike to the village, located at the top of the island, from where you can admire the splendid panorama of the lake and the Cordillera Real in Bolivia. Lunch. In the afternoon, you descend the 540 steps to the port. Road to Puno, dinner and night at the Royal Inn hotel.

PUNO – TAMBO QUEQUE NORTE (230km.)
After breakfast, departure by vehicle through the landscapes of the Peruvian altiplano. Installation at Tambo Queque Norte, traditional hacienda located on the altiplano at 4100 meters above sea level, at the foot of Nevado Kunurana. Lunch. Afternoon, visit of the breeding and cheese production of the hacienda and walk in the surrounding nature . Dinner and night at the hacienda (simple comfort “homestay”, shared bathroom).

TAMBO QUEQUE NORTE – CUSCO (230 km.)
After breakfast, drive to Cusco. You pass by the La Raya pass at 4375 meters, which marks the end of the altiplano and the beginning of the Vilcanota valley, where the Inca civilization developed. On the way, visit the Inca temple of Raqchi and the village of Andahuaylillas and its surprising church. Lunch. Arrival in Cuzco, capital of the Inca Empire in the afternoon. Check-in at the San Agustin Dorado hotel , dinner and overnight at the hotel.

CUZCO – SACRED VALLEY OLLANTAYTAMBO (88 km.)
After breakfast, drive to the Inca fortress of Sacsayhuaman , which protected Cuzco, made of gigantic blocks of stone arranged with incredible precision. From above, breathtaking view of Cuzco. Then, drive to the Sacred Valley of the Incas and visit the Inca city of Pisac, one of the most important and spectacular in the valley, then visit the current village of Pisac, where a large craft market is held. Lunch. In the afternoon, visit the Inca village of Ollantaytambo and its fortress clinging to the mountain. Check-in at the Sol Natura hotel.

OLLANTAYTAMBO – MACHU PICCHU – OLLANTAYTAMBO
After breakfast, departure by train (1h30), soft drinks, music show and snacks included on board, to the village of Aguas Calientes (renamed Machu Picchu Pueblo). Lunch. Road to Machu Picchu. The lost city of the Incas, rediscovered barely a century ago. Site visit. Return to Ollantaytambo in the early evening by train. Dinner and night at the Sol Natura hotel.

OLLANTAYTAMBO – CUZCO (88 km.)
After breakfast, drive to the cirques of Moray, a set of perfectly circular concentric Inca terraces, used for agriculture. Visit the salt pans of Maras to discover the colorful spectacle of these thousands of salt basins exploited by hand from pre-Hispanic times to the present day. Then, visit the village of Chinchero and its superb Spanish church built on an ancient Inca temple. Arrival in Cuzco, lunch. Free afternoon. Dinner and night at the San Agustin Dorado hotel .

CUZCO
After breakfast , visit Koricancha, or temple of the sun, political and religious center of the Inca Empire, on which was later built the Church of Santo Domingo. Then visit the central market of Cusco. The products offer a wide variety of smells and colors. After lunch, free afternoon . Dinner and night at the San Agustin Dorado hotel .
