Terms & Conditions
The following provisions become part of the package travel contract that is concluded (hereinafter referred to as “travel contract”). If only a single travel service (e.g. pure accommodation and accommodation services or other individual tourist services) is booked that is not or will not be part of a package tour, the following travel conditions apply accordingly. The traveler is informed of the applicability of individual provisions of the travel conditions, which exclusively relate to the booking of package tours, at the appropriate point.
Conclusion of the travel contract
With the travel registration in accordance with the advertisement, the traveler offers the conclusion of a binding travel contract for two weeks. The registration can be made in writing, verbally, by telephone or via screen systems. The travel contract is concluded when the traveler receives the written travel confirmation.
The scope of the contractual service results from the respective service description, in particular that of the travel brochure for the travel period, and additionally in the case of package tours from the other pre-contractual information as well as from the reference information in the travel confirmation/invoice. Other hotel or service provider brochures are not relevant. The organizer’s employees are not authorized to make verbal subsidiary agreements.
If the content of the travel confirmation differs from the content of the registration, this constitutes a new offer from the organizer. The travel contract is concluded on the basis of this new offer if the traveler agrees to it. Consent can be given by express or conclusive statement, the payment of the travel price or deposit or the start of the trip.
Payment
A deposit of 25% of the travel price is due upon receipt of the written travel confirmation and, in the case of package tours, also upon delivery of the security certificate in text form, at least €25 per person. Insurance premiums are due immediately upon booking.
The remaining payment must be made no later than 30 days before departure without further request.
A travel registration from 30 days before the start of the trip will only be accepted on condition that the entire travel price is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice and that payment by direct debit or credit card is secured upon registration.
Travel Documents
If, contrary to expectations, the applicant or traveler does not receive the travel documents no later than 7 days before the start of the trip, they must contact the organizer immediately.
Transfer, rebooking and change of service
Before the contract is concluded, the organizer can make changes to the service descriptions at any time, about which the traveler will be informed before booking.
The organizer is entitled to make unilateral changes to the contractual conditions and services after the conclusion of the contract, provided these do not affect the travel price and are insignificant. In particular, the organizer is entitled to subsequently change arrival and departure times and the specified airline to an equivalent one or to change the itinerary of cruises if this becomes necessary for reasons that arise after the conclusion of the travel contract and that are relevant for the traveler are reasonable.
